Salon Policies


Zavi Hair Design Studio provides service by appointment only. Your appointment is time reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review the policies provided below.

Salon Hours

Monday through Friday - By Appointment ONLY!

Guest Reservations

To ensure prompt service at our guest's convenience, we suggest that our guests arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to scheduled reservation.

Cancellations

We realize that there are circumstances that may arise and understand the need for the occassional reservation cancellation.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a reservation, we require a minimum of 12 hours notice. If you need to cancel your reservation you may do so by visiting our reservations page or call the salon at: (757) 559-1342.
If we don't answer please leave your information on our answering service.

Please keep in mind that "No-shows" or last minute cancellations leave empty reservation times as well as other guests that could have been reserved in that period of time.

Guests that do not honor their reservations will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
1. Cancel with more than 12 hour notice - Service will be cancelled at no charge.
2. Cancel with less than 12 hour notice - 50% of service price will be charged.
3. Failure to show without notice or same day cancellations - 100% of service price will be charged.
